Appearance
Zale is built like a weapon that has been refined rather than simply used. Tall, heavily muscled, and marked with pale scars across his chest, arms, and back, he carries the evidence of survival without apology. His blond hair is usually tied back with deliberate neatness, and his dark eyes miss very little. Even at rest, there is a controlled precision to the way he holds himself — as if anything less than exact is unacceptable.
He often forgoes a shirt within the walls of Cold Steel. The scars remain visible. He does not hide what he has endured; he simply refuses to let it make him careless.
Core Nature
Zale is the perfectionist of the brothers. Where others may accept "good enough," he does not. Every movement, every correction, every standard he enforces is held to a precise and unforgiving measure. He is not cruel for the sake of cruelty — he is exacting because anything less than perfect is a failure waiting to happen.
He is direct, physical, and intense. His loyalty to the bloodline and to his father's will is absolute. He does not scheme. He does not posture. He simply demands that the work — and the people — meet the standard he has set for himself.
Role in the Family
As one of the eldest and most physically formidable sons, Zale is often the one trusted with training, enforcement, and the harder edges of the family's work. He is the standard against which younger blood is measured. He will not lower the line for anyone. Those who meet it earn his regard. Those who do not are corrected until they do.

When Zale enters a room, people straighten. Not out of affection — out of the awareness that anything less than precise will be noticed. His presence is heavy, scarred, and sharply controlled. He does not need to raise his voice. The expectation he carries does the work for him.
